- Highest individual first class score by a Tasmanian v touring team ever, beating J Savigny's 164 v England, Launceston, January 1904.
Day 3 - Atkinson dismissed first ball of the day
- Cox registered Tasmania's eighth first-class double century.
- Saint took 4/0 off 10 balls.
- Mohammad Zahid unable to bat because of split webbing of hand, sustained whilst catching Boon on Day 2.
- Match finished 2.30 p.m. on the second-last day
- Tasmania's second first-class defeat of a touring side (after India, 1977-78) and fourth win by an innings ever (1895-96 v Vic, 1983-84 v Vic, 1992-93 v Qld being the others)
